It is important to us that you love your new purchase! However, if the item does not suit/fit, we can provide a credit note only to purchase another size, or another item.

Our store credits have no expiry so use it at your leisure!


What items are returnable?

  • Items in original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • Item must have tags attached (if these are removed we cannot accept a return)
  • Garments MUST be free of any scents 
  • In the original packaging
  • Post stamped within 10 days of receipt

What items are non-returnable?

  • Sale Items 
  • Worn, washed or damaged items
  • Swimwear/ jewellery

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges 
  • Orders with a credit note applied will incur postage fee*

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Please kindly note FINAL SALE ITEMS will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 24 hours.
  • Please ensure you have created an account with the same email address as which you placed your order with. You will be able to access your credit by logging into this account via the website.
