What items are returnable?
  • Within 28 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn
  • Must be in the original packaging & will all original tags attached

Non-refundable items: 

  • Sale / Clearance items
  • Accessories (jewelry, bags, caps/hats, sunglasses/glasses)
  • Intimates (bralettes), bodysuit


Return Policy

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied on orders that are returned to us
    due to undeliverable address or refused package         

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return an item to us for a
    refund & place a new order.  

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns
  • NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please ensure the package is properly packed to prevent lost or delay in shipping.

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • To ensure that you receive your refund in a timely manner, please provide a tracking number for your returned package so we can track your package & process your refund as quickly as possible. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email & issue you a refund automatically applied to the original method of payment (excluding the shipping cost originally paid for the item).
  • Depending on your bank, please allow 7-15 business days for your refund to show on your account.
