How do I return or exchange?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
• They must have all tags and original packaging intact

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for return
• Please use the pre-paid DHL label included in your order
• Take your return to the nearest DHL drop-off point or book in return collection on mydhl.express.dhl 

When will I receive a refund or exchange?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to original method of payment, within 10 working days. Exchanges will be shipped as per the usual delivery timeframes.
