How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved


What items are returnable?

All items are returnable provided they are in new condition and with original packaging.


What is the return window?

The return window is more generous for hooks than accessories. Hooks have a 90 day (satisfaction guarantee) return window. All other items, such as accessories, must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in new/original condition
  • Hooks must be in original box (which must be undamaged)


Are there any restocking charges for return of an item?

  • There are no charges for returning an item
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, which includes any required insurance coverage should the item go missing or become damaged in the post. Please wrap your item carefully to protect it as postal items can sometimes be dropped or crushed.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
