How do I return or exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the prepaid return label after we receive your return or exchange request.


What items are returnable or exchangeable?

You can return or exchange full-priced items within 21 calendars days of the purchase date.

  • They must be in original condition.
  • Unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • With the original packaging, including hang tags.

Discounted items and items purchased more than 21 days ago are not refundable or exchangeable.

Are there any charges for return or exchange?

  • We charge a restocking fee of USD$5 for returns.
  • The first exchange is free; the second and further exchanges on the same order will be charged a restocking fee of USD$5 each time.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my refund or my exchanged items?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
  • If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • If your exchange request is approved, your exchange will be shipped within 5 business days.
