The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.


To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your Email Address and Channel Ref (the 8 digit number found on your packing slip, leave out the hashtag) in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with a downloadable shipping label to print and attach to your parcel. 
  • Take your secure parcel, containing all original paperwork, to any Collect Plus store in the UK and retain your receipt for proof of postage. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in the original condition. (Please try your shoes on with clean feet and on a carpeted floor to prevent marking of the soles). 
  • The shoes must arrive in all the original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

  • UK returns are absolutely free. 
  • Regrettably, international buyers will not be able to use this service, and are responsible for their own returns postage and customs payments. 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. 
  • If your refund is approved, I will refund your original payment (minus shipping).
  • Please allow 14 days from sending for a full refund (although it will likely be much quicker than that).
