How do I return in the UK?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email saying your return has been logged.
• You'll then receive a collect+ label via email to return your parcel.  If you don't have a printer, there will also be a print in store option attached.

How do I return from outside the UK?

• Please get in touch with us via the live chat button.  We will be able to assist you there. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed, tags attached and unworn
• In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?

• Returns are free in the UK. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved and requested a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment.  This usually takes 2-3 working days. 
• If you are approved and requested a exchange, this will be processed and you'll receive a new order confirmation and shipping confirmation shortly after.
