To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How does it work?

  • You just need to enter your order number and the email address used when the order was placed. (You can find your order number in your order confirmation email or on the paperwork that arrived with your delivery.)

  • Once you’re in, you’ll be asked to select the item (or items) you’re returning, and then whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. Finally, we ask for the reason you’re returning it. We ask for that feedback just to make sure there weren’t any issues that we could’ve prevented.

  • As soon as you submit the request, you'll receive an email with a label. Please do check your spam folder, if you can't see the email.

 

Important information!

  • We accept returns up to 90 days from the date the order was placed. Once you've received the label, it's valid for 30 days. We only offer one free returns label per order so please check your order in full before using the portal.

  • The items must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition they were when you received them.
     
  • Pyjama sets must be returned in full.

  • For obvious reasons, we're not able to accept returns for monogrammed items. We're also unable to accept liquids or any sealed items.
