To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your shipment

  • Item(s) must be in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE CONDITION and have all original tags and product packaging
  • Cuban link chains must still be in the original protective layer to prevent scratches and arrive in perfect condition
  • Item(s) must be clean and contain NO pet hair
  • If we have to clean pet hair, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn
  • Costumes returns are only eligible for store credit, and are not accepted after Oct 15th
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER AND NOT RETURNABLE

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no re-stocking charges for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping
  • Carefully pack and label your package to assure the item(s) arrive securely and in new condition

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
