How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • If an exchange is required, please write in the notes what the item you would like to exchange to is. If the item you would like is out of stock we will issue a refund.


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 60 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original unused condition
  • In the original packaging with no tape or labels attached to the packging itself.

  • Collect+ only allow a maximum size of 60x50x50cm so if the item is larger than this you will need to find your own courier to return the item.



How much does the return cost?


  • If you choose to use our Collect+ returns service it costs £4.96.
  • You may also use any carrier you see fit but please be aware that the return is your responsibility until the item is back with us. We advise using a tracked service for any orders over £20.
  • Please note: these returns take 3-5 working days to be returned to us. Once back we aim to process the return as quick as we can.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
  • If the refund is rejected we will follow up with an e-mail outlining the decision.
