The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.

To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

Goods eligible for exchange or refund should ideally be received by us within 14 days of date of delivery. Your Consumer Rights are of course as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • For shoes we recommend you try these on carpet only and shoes must be returned in the original box

Free gifts, promotional items, pierced earrings, personalised items or items where a seal existed and has been broken are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Goods to be refunded or exchanged must be returned at your own cost and are your responsibility until received by Revival
  • For UK orders using our return labels, the cost of this (£5.50) will be deducted from your refund

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving it via the original method of payment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Revival.
