What items are returnable?
Credit Note or Exhanges only depending on the product purchased. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.

How do I return an online purchase? 


Step 1: Lodge a return through the returns portal by entering in your order number and email address / phone number 


Step 2: Check that the item you want to return is returnable, on our Returns Policy.


Step 3: Select the items you wish to return, choose how you would like your return processed (Credit Note or Exchange)


Step 3: If you would like to exchange your item, please add a note for what item you would like to exchange for and a staff member will be in contact with you


Step 4: Please wait patiently for your return request to be approved. When it has been you will receive a RSTC return request approved email. This can take up to 24 hours 


Step 5: Once approved please drop your return at the post office or you are welcome to bring your return into our store in Armadale. If returning in-store, please show a staff member your approved returned email so that they can continue with the returns process


Step 6: Once we receive the item back, we will check over the garment and ensure it is in original condition. If it meets our criteria we will then process an exchange or credit note 


Please note credit notes are only processed Monday - Friday (9-5pm) but feel free to pop into store on the weekend to drop off your return and we will process it on Monday morning
