**Covid 19 Update**

Here at Runderwear we take the safety of our staff, customers and wider community very seriously.  We have made the decision to adopt a new policy regarding returns, whereby every package received back, will be quarantined for at least 5 days, before being opened and inspected ready for processing.  We will endeavour to continue to have all returns processed within the current 10 day window, but please be aware that delays could occur and allow us up to 20 days to process.  This in no way affects your statutory rights, but ensures the process is handled as safely as possible.

What items are returnable?

 Important – Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to issue             refunds or exchanges on the following items that have been tried on or worn:

·         Briefs

·         Boxer Shorts

·          Long Boxer Shorts

·           Hipsters

·           G-Strings

·           Hot Pants

·           Merino Underwear

We are able to accept returns on socks, bras, crop tops and base layers that are unused and in the same condition in which they were received. They must show no signs of wear or visible marks and be in their original packaging.

 

Triathlon suits can be returned, as long as they are tried on over a separate              underwear garment, show no signs of visible wear or marks, and must be sent back to us in the same condition in which they were received – as new, and in their original packaging

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (5 digit number starting with an #) and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Please ensure you enclose a copy of either your completed returns form, or include a note with the order number, and reason for return.
  • Packages received back without this information, cannot be processed.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

Exchanges

If the item you have purchased does not fit, then we can exchange this for you.  Simply complete the returns form selecting EXCHANGE, and tell us which size you would like in the comments box on the next page.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
