How do I start my return?

• Enter your order number (including #)  and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

Items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.  The returns:

• Must be returned in new and unused condition, in their original packaging
• Must have an approval on the return (RA#)
• Properly packaged (instructions for packaging will be sent).

If you are returning the item because it was damaged in transit or it is the incorrect item, we will gladly exchange the product or give a full refund as long as we are notified witihin 48 hours after delivery.

Are there any charges for return?

• Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges, not attributed to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Kramer America,Inc.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
