To start the return / cancellation process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.


How do I return or cancel?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • If you are cancelling your order, please use this service as instructed but choose "cancelling order" as your reason.
  • Orders may not be canceled after shipment and must be returned. We will reject cancellation request on orders already shipped.
  • There are instances where a cancellation is NOT eligible for a refund and store credit only. Abuse of the credit system will result in suspension of services.
  • Orders made before September 2nd, 2020 are only eligible for store credit, or any order over 30 days old. (Minor exceptions apply.)


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition (Deadstock / New)
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Please make sure the hangtag is still attatched. We do make LIMITED exceptions.

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable! We reserve the right to reject cancellations at our own discretion. Pre-orders may not be canceled.


Are there any charges for a return?

  • There are no charges for returns or cancelations.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable if paid.
  • You are not responsible for return shipping. We will send you a label. (Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to get the label.)


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • When a refund is issued. typically it clears back to the card within 1-5 business days.


Choosing store credit automatically gains you an additional 5% back over a refund processed back to your payment method. Orders made with gift cards will be refunded back to the original gift card used. The cancellation store credit method is tracked and limited to two store credit returns within 60 days to prevent abuse.
