How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • If your return is accepted, you will then receive an email with your FREE returns label & full instructions what you need to do.
  • Please note, that from the time we accept your return we need to receive your return back to us within 7 working days

 

Are Returns Free?

Yes. We believe we are the only hair extension supplier in the UK to offer you up to 30 days to return an item, and with completely FREE returns. This is via our partnership with Collect +

 

If I am needing an exchange do you charge me to send my exchange back to me?

No, again we believe we are one of the few suppliers who don't charge you to have an exchange sent to you. We cover the cost of your return AND your exchange to be sent back to you. Nice aren't we!!

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • All hair is returnable - excluding custom orders
  • It is no problem if the hair has been removed from the plastic sleeve
  • However, to return for refund/exchange it must be in original binding & be in perfect condition

 

What items are NOT returnable?

  • Courses cannot be returned due to the digital nature of the resources that are sent immediately upon purchase
  • However, any damaged or faulty course tools will be replaced
  • Custom hair orders - due to their bespoke nature are not returnable
  • For health & hygeine reasons hair extension tools such as pliers, looper tools, heating irons etc cannot be returned

What happens after I submit my return request?

 

  • You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received
  • If your return is approved you will then receive an email with your return label that you need to download and add to your parcel
  • You then take to your nearest Collect + 
  • Once received we process refunds within a maximum of 14 days

 

How long does my return take to reach you?

The Collect + return service is a 2-3 day tracked service

 

Can I use a faster service to return my item?

Yes you can, but you still need to complete a returns request, and any other service you use needs to be paid for by you & should still be a tracked service

 

Is My Return Insured?

Yes it is. However, it is only insured up to a maximum value of £50. So in the rare event of a return being lost by Collect + a refund will only be given to a maximum value of £50. If your order value is considerably more than £50 we strongly advise using Royal Mail Special Delivery (this would be at your own cost) if you wish for the return to be insured to its full value. If you choose to use our free return service, you do so on the understanding that a maximum of £50 compensation will be payable to you in the event of a lost parcel

 

 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you return is in perfect re-saleable condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 working days.

How soon will I get my exchange?

  • Once your return is received we will try our best to get your return sent to you within 24 hours
  • If we receive your return after 2pm we will send it the next working day 
  • Working days are classed as Monday to Friday
  • We dispatch orders, including exchanges, Monday to Friday only
