How do I return an order?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with further info on how to return your order. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL SPAM FOLDER)

What items are returnable?

You can return any items within 365 days of your order date, provided:

  • They must be in their original condition;
  • Not worn or used or damaged in any way;
  • In the original packaging.
  • Are not custom items (eg sashes made to specific sizes, items made from your fabric or on the reverse of our fabric)

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

 

 

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for UK returns as long as you use our Freepost label.
  • Original delivery charges including next day delivery are non-refundable.
  • For non-UK orders, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipping, unless it is our fault in which case we'll refund you for that cost.

 

How soon will I get my refund /credit?

  • Refunds and exchanges are usually completed within 30 days of receipt.
  • Swagger & Swoon reserves the right to offer a store credit note in lieu of a refund where returns are not due to the item being faulty or a fault of the company.
  • Your refund will be processed, or a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
