Return Policy

The Celtic Ranch wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the your U.S. domestic order one time at no cost to you. When requesting a return, please use the form above to start the return process or email us at info@celticranch.com for assistance. Please note that all items must be returned within 30 days* of receiving your order. 

*Holiday Return Window: We do extend the return period for purchases delivered between Nov. 24th thru Dec. 25th to Jan. 2nd (or 30 days after December 25).

All returns must be in the condition that they were received: NOT WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.

Please include your original receipt or packing slip when you mail back your order. You do need to return the thank you card and other complimentary items included in your order.

If you are wanting to pay for the return yourself or if you have used your one-time complimentary return, no return label will be provided to you. Please make arrangements with your local post office to mail your package to:

We will begin the return process on our end once we receive your package from the post office. Unfortunately, we do not have any control when we receive your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return for exchange or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders, including orders to Canda, are final. We do not offer returns on international orders for refunds or exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience.

REFUNDS

Refunds for online purchases will be given for the cost of the item. The cost of shipping will NOT be elible for refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method or by store credit only (if the original purchase was made in store). 

Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received back into our shop. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing. Please note the time it takes for refunds to post to your account may vary greatly depending on your bank and/or credit card merchant. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

EXCHANGES

Please indicate in your return request the item(s) you are wanting to exchange for and include as much detail as possible (size, color, style, etc.).

In-store purchases can be mailed back and exchanged within 30 days on non-discounted items. Exchanges on colors, sizes, styles, etc. can only be made if it is the same product.

In-store purchases can be brought back in-person at the store, but no refund will be given back to the original payment. Only store credit or exchange will be offered.

Exchanged items are subject to availability. Your return request for exchange may be subject to be placed on hold until the item is able to be re-ordered from the vendor. We will notify you if the exchanged item you are inquiring is not available.

SALE ITEMS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items. We apologize for the inconvenience.

LATE RETURNS

Returns outside of the 30-day timeframe or extended holiday return window may be accepted at the discretion of the Celtic Ranch and may only be refunded in the form of a store credit. Shipping charges are non­refundable. Please email info@celticranch.com for approval on a return outside the 30-day window, prior to mailing the return to us.

All returns must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or packing slip.

All special request items are considered final sale.

EXPIRED RETURNS

Approved returns will remain open for 14 days. If you have not returned the product within the 14-day period, your return will be archived and the return will be voided. You can still return the item, but we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Only 80% of your payment will be refunded.

FAULTY GOODS

We sure hope not! But hey, sometimes it happens. We classify items as faulty if they are received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. When possible, we will offer to repair damaged or faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size/style, subject to availability. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact us at info@celticranch.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Celtic Ranch cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Include any notes, especially for an Exchange request.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • A return label will be emailed to you to the email that is associated with your original order.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to review your inquiry.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • U.S. orders only
  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing: unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Please include your receipt or packing slip

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • We offer a one-time complimentary return for U.S. domestic orders.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are NOT responsible for the charges of the return shipping for a one-time complimentary order. Once RMA is accepted, we will email you a pre-paid return label. If you choose to return your order without the proper RMA, shipping charges will be paid by you and not refunded.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Please note the time it takes for refunds to post to your account may vary greatly depending on your bank and/or credit card merchant. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
