Refund Policy

The Celtic Ranch wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please note that all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do extend the return period for purchases between Nov. 24th thru Dec. 25th to Jan 2nd. All returns must be in the condition that they were received: NOT WORN, ALTERED, WASHED, OR DAMAGED and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.


Refunds for online purchases will be given for the cost of the item, not for the cost of shipping charges and are made in the same form as the original payment or by store credit only. When requesting a return please use the form above to start the return process or email us at info@celticranch.com and we will send you a Return form in a PDF format. Refunds will be issued only after the item, has been received back into our warehouse. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for processing. Please note the time it takes for refunds to post to your account may vary greatly depending on your bank and/or credit card merchant. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. 

In-store purchases can be exchanged within 30 days on non-discounted items.  In store purchases or purchases made at events are offered store credit or an exchanges only.

LATE RETURNS:
Returns outside of the 30 ­day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of the Celtic Ranch and may only be refunded as a store credit or website credit. Shipping charges are non­refundable except when store credit is selected as means of refund. Please email info@celticranch.com for approval on a return outside the 30 day window, prior to mailing the return to us. All returns must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. All special order items are considered final sale.


FOOTWEAR:
Upon receiving your shoes, check the sizing by trying them on indoors, on a clean or carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Footwear returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in their original,undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.

FAULTY GOODS:
We sure hope not! But hey, sometimes it happens. We classify items as faulty if they are received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within two months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. When possible, we will offer to repair damaged or faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Celtic Ranch cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
