To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

RETURN POLICY

 How do I start the return process?

·       Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

·       Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

·       You will receive a confirmation email upon request approval. Please keep this email for your records. 

 

What items are returnable?

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

·       Items must be in original condition.

·       Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

·       Items must be in the original packaging.

·       Promotional items are not eligible for returns!

Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?

·       There are no fees for returns.

·       You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

·       Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you we are processing your return.

·       We're happy to exchange your order for a store credit for the original amount paid. In addition to your store credit, you will receive an additional $5 credit from The Good Vibes Boutique.

·       Example: If you purchased a shirt for $20, returned it to us and opted for an exchange, we will give you a $25 store credit upon receipt of your returned item.

How soon can I expect my refund?

·       Upon receipt and inspection of your item, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·       If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. 

·       If you requested an exchange, you will receive a discount code in the amount of your return, plus the additional $5 store credit from The Good Vibes Boutique.
