How do I make a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.  ***IMPORTANT NOTE***: USE THE ORDER# FROM THE EMAIL SENT FROM:  noreply@shippingeasy.com
  • THIS # IS THE # ON YOUR PACKAGE OR YOUR PACKING SLIP NOT YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE APP
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return for credit.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • From the time your return is approved, you MUST return it within 30 days. After 30 days, your request will be cancelled.

PLEASE READ----> If you have a return rate higher then 10% of your purchases or you have more then 5 returns in a month then there will be 15% restocking fee on your items. This is to cover the fees we have paid as well as shipping on items combined.

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition & Free of Pet and Smoke Odors.
  • Original Tags MUST be intact!
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging.
  • NOTE that undergarments & earrings are not returnable.

Free gifts, promotional items, or final sale items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for returning an item?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 

How soon will I get my credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
  • If you are approved, then your credit will be processed the same day.
