How do I make a return?

Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click the 'Start' button.
Follow the instructions presented to you and select the item(s) you want to return.
You will receive an email to confirm that we've received your request to make a return.
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions followed by a second email containing a pre-paid return label.
Drop your item off at one of thousands of Collect+ drop off locations around the UK or wait for the courier to collect it from you if required.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days at most.

Are there any charges for returning an item?

A deduction of £4.60 ex. VAT for each pre-paid label used will be taken from your refund if you use our return service.
If a courier is required to collect your item(s), the cost will be deducted from your refund.
All deductions will be made automatically we advise otherwise. Deductions will not be made for faulty or incorrect items.
A is a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any items that are handled beyond what would be reasonable in a physical shop in order to inspect the item.
