To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your full order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What items are returnable?

You have 14 days of receipt of your shipment to notify us of your wish to return or exchange an item. You then have a further 14 days to return your items. Please note that we must receive the item/s WITHIN 14 days otherwise we will be unable to process a refund. The following conditions apply:  

  • They must be returned in the original condition
  • For clothing & equipment, unused. This means unsoiled, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging which must also be in the original condition
  • Be returned to us WITHIN 14 days of your notification to return
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If an item (including the original packaging) is not returned to us in an acceptable condition then we will either (1) refuse to refund, and return the item, or (2) make a deduction from the refund, the amount of which we deem to be acceptable to cover the costs/damages incurred by us. We may reject a return if it has been recieved outside of our returns policy or if the item has been returned in a used state which means we are unable to resell the item/s.  If this is the case it is the buyer's responisbility to pay for any postage costs incurred by ourselves to return the item to you as well as if you have chosen to use our courier.

Special order items, custom made and made to order are not returnable unless faulty. We do not accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons.

Please notify us if items have arrived damaged immediately to allow us to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no restocking charges for returns
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • You may choose to use your own courier
  • Alternatively we can provide a great value and easy to use Collect+ service. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FREE RETURNS SERVICE. THE COST IS £5.50 PER PARCEL.  THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR INVOICED TO YOU UPON RECIEPT OF YOUR PARCEL IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM. Simply print off your returns label and take to any Collect+ drop off point.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Once inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of them arriving with us.
  • Please note once we refund you, the payment leaves us immediately.  It can however take a number of days for your bank or card issuer to process a payment at your end. When this happens it is unfortunately outside of our control and we recommend that you contact your bank or card issuer for advice on processing times.
