To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

1.     You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

2.     Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.

3.     Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

4.     You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

What items are returnable?

1.    Products that arrive but have not been opened or removed from their original packaging.

2.    Products that arrive yet are deemed to be broken or damaged due to shipping upon arrival.

3.    Products that arrive yet are deemed defective upon arrival.

4.    Products that arrive but they are incorrect based on the brand, size, or item number indicated on the purchase email receipt.

Are there any charges for return?

1. There are no costs for returns.

2. There are no restock costs for returns.

3. Our original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. You are responsible for the packaging, postage and/or shipping costs for returning your products back to us.

How soon will I get my refund?

1. Once your return is received, verified, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.

2. Then, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. If you are rejected, we will notify you by email with a reason for rejection or why your product is ineligible for a refund.

4. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
