How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Black Friday & Christmas,  there will be an extended returns window, in which any order place on/after 24th November, You will get 30days to make a return.

• They must be in original condition
• In the original packaging
• If you are returning any item from our make your jewellery box,  we can only accept exchanges for the same item or exchange for a different size, we cannot exchange for a new/different item.
• PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE - UNLESS BROKEN OR TARNISHED WITHIN OUR POLICY GUIDLINES
• EARRINGS ARE RETURNABLE BUT TAG MUST BE UNTOUCHED DUE TO HYGINE RISKS.
• MYSTERY ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED
• NEVAEH SUCRIPTION CLUB: ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, ONLY IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED OR A DIFFERENT SIZE IS REQUIRED CAN WE PROCESS THE EXCHANGE.

NOTE:

We reccomend all returns are sent back to us using a tracked courier service, to ensure proof of return is delivered and smooth processing of your return.

Are there any charges for return?

• All returns are at the cost of the customer, we do not offer free returns shipping labels.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a mistake for example an incorrect item is recieved or the item is damaged upon delivery
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
