To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

All refunds/exchanges must comply with the following guidelines:
- Request and return shipping must be done within 30 days of product arrival.
- Items must have tags still attached and liner still in place (when apply).

All the above requirements must be meet before returning your items, we are unable to issue a refund/exchange if guidelines are not meet, and we are not responsible for sending the item(s) back to you.

Also, please keep in mind the following:

- Custom design suits are not exchangeable, please check your final design.
- Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fee from the original order will be withheld from the refund.
- Our products are made to order, exchange will take 15-20 days to be delivered.
- Clearance items, technical suits and international orders are refund only.

After return confirmation number is retrieved, please ship the items back to us, once received, we will inspect the items and proceed with an exchange order or refund you accordingly.
